Lanna O’Reilly has been appointed Customer Relations Director at mobile network 3.

O’Reilly has over 16 years’ experience in customer services, and previously held senior management positions within Meteor Mobile, Esat Telecom, Conduit Ireland and the Ulster Bank Group.

In her new role, she will continue to deliver an exceptional level of customer service to all 3 customers and keep 3 at the forefront of customer services in Ireland.

O’Reilly joined 3 in 2008 from Meteor Mobile Communications, where she managed and led the company’s Customer Services and Credit Management departments.

Commenting on her appointment, Robert Finnegan, CEO of 3, said: “I am delighted to welcome Lanna to 3 as Customer Relations Director. Lanna has extensive Customer Service and management experience in the telecommunications industry and will be a strong asset to 3’s management team.”
