Google Play gift cards now available to purchase in Ireland

They will be available at Tesco, An Post, Argos, Musgraves, Powercity, Homebase, and Xtravision. Cards will be available in-store only, not for online purchase. Further retailers will be added in the coming weeks.

These retailers will offer €15, €25 and €50 euro gift cards that can be used to purchase digital content from Google Play, such as apps, games, movies, books and music.

People can also use these gift cards to purchase in-app merchandise. People will not be able to purchase app subscriptions or hardware.
 
Google said is will continue adding functionality to the gift card experience over time.
