Irish sales and marketing agency Product2Market has announced the release of it s ‘Website Visitor Tracking Service’.
Product2Market was started in 2009 by CEO Anthony Byrne and COO Len Brennan.
Their sales and marketing call centre specialises in pan-European marketing campaigns on behalf of some of the largest IT/software companies in the world, including Microsoft, Dell, EMC and HP.
The new service allows companies to identify and track website visitors, which in turn allows marketing managers to gauge the success of their ongoing marketing activities by tracking the number of new and repeat visitors to their site.
“We had the idea to add this service purely for Product2Market’s clients, but we found that the appetite and interest extended well beyond our own client base,” said Byrne.
“When we decided to launch the service, I travelled to the US and UK to meet a number of potential software providers to discuss the building of the software that would enable us to deliver the service. We decided to work with a UK company and we have been delighted with the results of the collaboration.
“Nowadays, all marketing budgets are quiet tight – so understanding what works is vital for any marketing managers and business owners. Our new service is a very tangible way of measuring the outcomes across a company’s marketing activities.”
