Dublin-based Brite:Bill has made a number of appointments to its management team and expanded its presence in the US market.

Founded in 2010, Brite:Bill provides customer communications products which enhance the presentation capabilities of existing billing systems for mobile operators.

Liam Davis has joined Brite:Bill as chief operations officer and chief financial officer (CFO) after spending 13 years in Norkom where he was CFO.  Norkom, which merged with BAE Systems in 2011, provides risk, fraud and compliance solutions to financial services and government clients across the globe.

Davis has 15 years’ experience in financial, operational and commercial management. He is responsible for Brite:Bill’s financial planning as well as the daily operation of the company.

Also coming from Norkom, Cecil Hayes has joined Brite:Bill as chairman.  Hayes has taken up a number of non-executive directorships with Irish technology and financial services companies since the acquisition of Norkom by BAE Systems last year.  He has 25 years’ senior management experience working with both large and small, public and private companies.

Dan Poppelreiter joined as vice president Americas in November from Amdocs where he spent eight years.  Unified communications company Amdocs merged with Changing Worlds in 2009, an Irish firm providing personalisation toolkits to build smart applications for digital TV, portals and mobile domains.

In September Oliver Cavanagh became Brite:Bill’s vice president sales, having spent eight years in Amdocs as EMEA sales director.

Cavanagh was also co-founder of two companies, CI Solutions in 2000 which developed e-business encryption software (sold in 2001) and in 2001, Alldatasystems, an SaaS based solution providing automotive content to enable online shopping for finance, insurance and other automotive-related products, sold in 2004. Oli is responsible for sales of the Brite:Bill Platform across Europe.

Headquartered in Dublin, Brite:Bill has offices in London, Shanghai and San Francisco.
