Adare Manor Hotel and Golf Resort
Location: Adare, Co Limerick - less than 20km from Limerick city, 40 minutes' drive from Shannon.
What's on offer: Four main meeting rooms throughout the resort, the most impressive being the Versailles-inspired Minstrels Gallery -- said to be the second longest banqueting room in Ireland. The Carriage House (Golf Club) houses smaller meeting rooms. Boardroom also available in the Manor House.
Capacity: The Minstrels Gallery can accommodate up to 200 people for meetings and 160 dining.
