Dublin law firm Jordan Law aims to offer new legal approach for companies

A new law firm Jordan Law has just opened in Dublin’s Baggot St and is aiming to enable small and medium-sized enterprises an affordable and reliable way to get the most out of their legal services.

Aisling Jordan wants to bring confidence back into the legal sector through transparency and structured fee plans.

Jordan is a former associate at Noel Smyth & Partners and her company is offering fixed price fees and 24/7 client access to the firm’s online, interactive, file management system.

Its offerings are in response to smaller companies’ demands for greater cost control, efficiencies and transparency from their legal services providers.

“With higher corporate governance requirements than ever before, small and medium-sized companies are caught between accepting spiralling and unknown legal costs from law firms and the more affordable, but limited, option of appointing a dedicated in-house lawyer,” said Jordan.

“Having legal expertise in-house reduces costs but also sometimes reduces access to necessary specialist expertise.

“Jordan Law will enable companies to fix their annual budgets by purchasing a quantum of hours annually that will provide them with access to relevant expertise from our panel of experts. It is also our policy that each client company will have a member of Jordan Law assigned to them who will spend some of their time working from the client’s offices, as well as from Jordan Law offices on Lower Baggot St. This will build better working relationships and fast track the development of a strong understanding of each client’s needs.

“Our innovative approaches to fixed fee pricing together with online file access will give smaller companies the opportunity to avail of levels of legal representation usually only available to those with larger budgets.”
