Enterprise Ireland director Jerry Moloney; Ogie Sheehy, CEO and founder of ViClarity; and Neil Gordon, Cork BIC
A Kerry-based company has secured an investment of €400,000 through Cork BIC Business Angel Partnership and Enterprise Ireland.
ViClarity (formerly YouComply), which specialises in performance management and compliance and has its offices in Kerry Technology Park, Tralee, will use the investment to increase sales and marketing for its products as well as grow its staff over the next two years.
Current ViClarity clients include Boston Scientific, RTÉ, The Barry Group, Dublin City University – The Ryan Academy and Allianz.
“This investment enables us to target key markets in Ireland, the UK and further afield, as well as creating more jobs,” said Ogie Sheehy, CEO and founder of ViClarity.
“ViClarity has worked hard on developing their business since its inception, they achieved Enterprise Ireland HPSU status in 2011, leading to a funding and investment package,” added Enterprise Ireland director Jerry Moloney.
“This investment will enable them to extend their reach in Ireland and develop new export markets.”
