Low-fares carrier Ryanair looks likely to cancel its plans to buy 200 Boeing aircraft because the US plan maker wants to change the terms of delivery.
Ryanair CEO Michael O’Leary told Reuters in an interview that while Ryanair had agreed a price on the 200 aircraft, the deal is “unlikely to take place” as Boeing wants to change delivery conditions.
O’Leary told Reuters that Ryanair would be making a decision on the Boeing issue at a board meeting next Thursday, saying unless there was change in the aircraft manufacturer’s decision the deal was off.
