Kellogg’s is due to create 50 high-end jobs in Dublin, bringing the company's Irish staff levels to 250.
Kellogg’s has had its European headquarters in Ireland for five years and is now hiring staff for new sales, marketing finance and supply-chain positions
The cereal-maker, which had 2009 sales of nearly US$13bn, currently sells its products in more than 180 countries around the world.
According to Kellogg’s, at 8kg a head, people in Ireland eat more breakfast cereal than any other country in the world. That is 2kg ahead of the next biggest cereal eaters in the UK and equal to 266 bowls of cereal per person per year.
