Campaign aims to mobilise people to tackle inequality and its causes

The Web Summit, together with Microsoft and CPL, is launching a campaign to encourage more women in technology.
'Change the Ratio' is the theme of the Leaders' Lunch, which takes place as part of Web Summit on 18 October.
Bringing together female business leaders, entrepreneurs and influencers from Ireland and abroad, the event will promote successful 'women in tech'.
Speakers will include Agent of Change co-founder Marcy Simon, CPL CEO Anne Heraty, director of user operations at Facebook Sonia Flynn, PayPal's global operations vice-president Louise Phelan and director of consumer business from Microsoft Ireland Orla Sheridan.
"This year we decided to introduce a 'Change the Ratio' event specifically aimed at encouraging and inspiring outstanding women in technology," said Paddy Cosgrave, CEO and founder of Web Summit.
"Women in tech ranging from start-up entrepreneurs to company executives, professionals to advocates, will gather to focus on encouraging and inspiring women, let's see if we can change the ratio."
