Run by the Marketing Institute of Ireland (MII), this course is designed to enable participants to understand core networking skills and to make the most of their contacts.
It is targeted at SMEs and those working in a marketing/sales environment where it is imperative to make the most from networks.
The MII says that the skills learned on this course will ensure the best value and lowest financial investment in marketing expenditure with a high return on investment. The course, which is being facilitated by Caitlin O’Connor, has a strategic focus on achieving those results by building life long learning.
The course is a workshop in style with role play as well as real play. Full notes and work sheets are provided.

• Putting together a strategic networking plan
• Understanding the role of EQ in marketing
• Learning to promote you and your business through various networking channels
• Ability to acquire new customers through networking
• Delivery of a one minute pitch on respective companies

• Working the room
• Online networking demo
• Deploying the rippling effect
• Knowing what networks are available for your target market
