The Institute of Creative Advertising & Design (ICAD) is running a coffee morning in the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, Golden Lane on Wednesday 8 July aimed at creatives who are currently out of work. It is invited people who have been made redundant, freelancers, illustrators, photographers or those who simply have an hour to spare to go along to explore how it could be of help in these tough times. ICAD says it will endeavour to use its resources in any way it can and has already started working with accountants to develop free free training to help the newly self employed or those setting up new companies.
This event begins at 11am.
