Facebook & Twitter for Business - Workshop

This full-day workshop, run by the Irish Internet Association (IIA) in conjunction with Irish Times Training, will explain how to create a vibrant community of followers and fans to help boost your business.

It will look in-depth at Facebook and Twitter, and will include case studies of Irish and global businesses using these applications to enhance customer service and retention, attract more business and boost bottom-line profits.

According to the IIA, the workshop is relevant for entrepreneurs, marketing, customer service, sales or PR professionals, and for businesses marketing to customers and consumers in Ireland and internationally.

It is being held at The Irish Times premises, 24 – 28 Tara Street, Dublin 2, starting at 9.30am and running until 5pm. The cost of attending is €245 for IIA members and €345 for non-members.
